Super Mhamó has a sense of humour and a love of children. She shows our thoroughly modern families how a lifestyle that draws on the best of how life used to be can be more fun, more friendly, more rewarding and more beneficial for those around them.

The Families

The families that we are looking for will:

• Have good Irish & be confident to use it on camera

• Be happy to appear ‘warts and all’ on television

• Have a reason to want to change

• Be happy to take part in different family activities
